Sydney's restaurant-opening action continues this week with LuMi Bar & Dining opening at the former site of Ripples Sydney Wharf.

We've had a peek at Federico Zanellato's menu and it looks promising.

The former head chef at Ormeggio at The Spit isn't punching out predictable fare.

Buckle up for stinging nettle "chitarra", mussel cream, crispy pork and fennel pollen, main courses such as pig jowl, pickled pear and celeriac, and a dessert of ice-cream with preserved cherry balsamic.
