Join us from 7am this Saturday for a special edition of the Growers' Markets with NSW Food and Wine Festival.

Watch guest chef Matt Moran, of Aria, on the Market Chef stage at 10am demonstrating recipes from his new book, Matt's Kitchen Garden, using the best in-season market produce. Editor of Good Food Ardyn Bernoth will be talking wine with talented Aria (GFG best wine list of the year 2015) sommelier Matt Dunne, as he matches Matt Moran's dishes with event partners' wines.

Taste wine from some of the state's most respected wineries including Petersons Wines, Alex Retief, Ross Hill and Hungerford Hill in the tasting tent.
